Mr. Emmanuel Attianah’s
Mr. Emmanuel Attianah’s extensive experience and qualifications make him a highly suitable Director at Pemcoa Foundation. Emmanuel has 18 years of experience in construction, engineering, solar energy, and procurement project management. He holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Project Management, a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering and Management, and a Higher National Diploma in Building Technology. He is certified as a Programme Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and PRINCE2 Practitioner, which further demonstrates his proficiency in the field.
Mr. Attianah’s knowledge spans across various domains, including programme, project, construction, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), facilities, engineering, solar energy grids and systems, and procurement management. He excels in leadership, project planning, budgeting, communication, quality management, risk management, proposal and technical report writing, project evaluation, monitoring and control, contract management, research and training.
Throughout his career, Mr. Attianah has played a pivotal role in data analysis and presentation to key stakeholders such as donors, government officials, and organizational management. He has successfully coordinated project governance board meetings involving prestigious entities like the World Bank, the Government of Qatar, UNOPS, and other UN agency senior management. Additionally, he has contributed to the development of strategic and technical documents, managed risks and issues related to contracts, allocated work packages, monitored project budget, performance, and knowledge dissemination.
